    Yep. I was yelling too. He should have processed that the dude was 4 feet from the plate and even a good throw is close... take whatever sure out is presented to you.

    Its a colossal mistake.

    OMG. Just watched it. That was brutal. I feel bad for the guy as well.
    But looking the replays on ESPN.com, from above, it doesnt look like the runner touched home plate.

    The base runner didn’t touch the plate initially, but he went back and stepped on it.
