They will. I have no faith or trust it won't be rigged to go where they can talk about him even more.

Angels are the lesser team in LA even though they have 2 generational talents.

I don’t think they care where he goes. Ohtani turns a small market into a big market with his Japanese fan base.

but the dodgers practically didn’t spend (for their standard) any money the last two years waiting for him. They will have the best offer.

I'm wondering if Ichiro got anywhere near the love nationally than Ohtani would garner in a place like Milwaukee or Arizona. Hypothetical of course.

Yankees are whooping the Mariners so bad, guys are screaming at the umpires just to hit the showers early.

two very ugly losses. Both games were over in the first inning. Both starters completely shelled.

That first base ump was terrible. Gotta avoid the sweep tonight, though, no excuses.

Sure, it was a questionable check swing call. But it wasn't a strikeout, Murphy still had the rest of the AB to put a ball in play. No need to shout horrible things and get tossed out of the game during an active plate appearance.

The manager getting tossed, that's normal, gotta back up your players. But it burned some time off the clock.

I was laughing when Cal jumped off the bench and smacked one in the gap, then Judge had a total brain freeze after all the yelling and ejections disrupted the game.

That wasn't the only call I was referencing.

That's a pretty wild excuse for Judge missing that ball, but alright.

The fake tag by Prince got overturned. I don't think the ump was biased, just needed some glasses.

With the Judge whoopsie, no error on the play, counts as a double in the box score. The TV guys called it "unfamiliarity" with the new Center fielder.

Mariners almost did some damage with that accidental RISP. It got the crowd fired up. Big giant dummy Yankee yer so stupid., ha ha ha

The runner totally missed the base on that play, which is somehow getting missed.

He slowly walked back and stood on the base = safe

If Seattle had known he didn't step on the bag, they could have tagged him out.

Yes, that ump did such a theatrical yerr out swipe, he forgot to look at the new 4ft wide bag to see if a foot landed on it. Then there's Ty's bad defense, knowing he didn't tag the guy and started the around the horn toss. What was 2nd baseman doing? Texting his peeps instead of watching the play? It was an ugly combo.

Mariners have a long road trip coming up, I hope they can get a big W against NYY before the bus leaves.

Yankees looked like the Bronx Bummers against Kirby tonight. Had a 1 hitter going through 6.

I can't look away, like a good train wreck.
Great performance by Kirby to salvage 1 win against the godforsaken Yankees.
