I dropped mine at ballot box. democrat up and down. the ballot measures in Washington all seemed kinda silly and inconsequential
Voted Democrat for the first time in decades... On everything. Every measure asking for money or expanding individual rights got a yes from me.
Yeah Wheeler seems to be learning as he goes. But she is a piece of work. I'm not so sure i'm a fan of Hardesy either. The whole dynamic with the city council is toxic right now?
You know i was going to just leave this alone and i probably should but Fuck That! This kind of shit needs to stop! I personally have worked and i know dozens of people who are working this election. You calling them cheaters is a fucking disgrace. At some point educate yourself before you call people liars and cheaters. Hundreds of the very best and honest VOLUNTEERS do this painstaking work to make sure your vote is counted and counted correctly. You sitting at your computer or on your phone making general statements about people you can't even compare to is just wrong. Educate yourself at some point. You can start with this 88 page process manual that all voting officials MUST know. https://sos.oregon.gov/elections/documents/vbm_manual.pdf
@MARIS61 is fine with his boy blatantly trying to cheat his way to reelection on a national scale but by Gawd if the people of his own state are smart enough to see through the orange ass clown there must be a whole lotta cheatin’ going on. It must be very lonely inside Maris’s head.........
I have to say that I voted for Thatcher for Secretary of State (I voted Richardson in 2016). Our Democratic administration has (for years) spent our tax money like drunken sailors, with little to show for it (Columbia Crossing, health care computer systems, etc) and are constantly asking for more. The bureaucracy just continues to mushroom. I am the first to say that taxes are the price we pay for living in a civilized society, but there has to be accountability and limits. I can’t help but think (or at least hope) that having a Republican keeping an eye on the Democratic henhouse isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Hopefully it keeps them a bit more honest. Fagan never saw a dime she couldn’t spend on one thing or another...... And I voted against the light rail piece of crap. Light rail to Bridgeport isn’t going to particularly help Wilsonville. Fortunately we didn’t have any local school bond issues this time around, as I would have voted no on that also.
