I think its very possible to be in love at 14-15.. I am, I think.. I've been friends with this girl for about 7-8 years, and we've always had a thing for eachother. Even when we go out with other people it isn't the same, and were always jealous of eachother. We won't take the chance of going out right now and getting in a deep relationship right now because it could just screw our friendship up completely. We need eachother to much for that to happen. We are in love, but were not mature enough to get into any long, consuming relationship at age 15. I love how it is right now, theres no stress on either of us and we can just be friends for now.. :dribble: I think it is possible to be in love at any age, it's just a matter of maturity.

Sometimes you just notice a girl and start to develop feelings for her, but I doubt it's actual love.

Okay...whatever...the point is, your not going to fall in love when your 14...im sorry, but you have so much growing up to do from being 14, its just a crush.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (iversonfan268 @ Jun 19 2007, 07:47 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Yeah I know it's pretty rare especially when your not even dating the person. I'll do my best to describe everything. Alright so there's the obvious things like she's constantly on my mind, when I'm around her I feel like one of the happiest guys in the world, other than friends and family she's all I really care about anymore, she's more important to me than my own life, etc. But there's more to it than that. One of the main things that makes this different than any other crush I've ever had is she actually has every single personality trait and physical attribute I look for in a girl(and I'm pretty picky btw). Another thing is for the first time ever just being around her is good enough for me. Just talking or hanging out with her satisfies me enough. Like I know if I do start going out with her, she won't be comfortable going past 1st or 2nd base in High School because she's the goody goody type with good morals but I'm ok with that. Just as long as I'm around her I don't care what I'm doing with her. Another thing is all of a sudden no others girl other than her really appeal to me anymore. Now that I've found a girl that has everything I look for, I don't even have the slightest interest in anyone else.Like if I got to choose between her and Jessica Alba I would choose her. I feel like there's a lot more I have to say but a lot of it I just don't know how to describe in the right way to be honest.BTW The Truth I'm 14 but I'll be 15 in less than 2 months and I'm going into 10th grade lol...</div>I'm sorry, but that still sounds like a huge crush to me... I've had the same feelings for a lot of girls, and it was not love. Iversonfan, you should just go for it and ask her out. I bet she has the same feelings for you and if your as happy as you say you are being with her, then you could both end up in a meaningful relationship.
Look, I understand why you may be skeptical, especailly with your situations, but I do believe that there are many 14 year olds who are in fact in love, especailly as puberty just gets younger and younger. I do understand that your personal situations may have made you more cautious or restrictive on the definition of love.

BluffCity knows what I'm saying..
What personal issues are you talking about? And what the hell are you talking about puberty getting younger and younger? Thats a natural process, its not something you can go through when you want...Since your talking about my personal issues, I went out with my best friend(it was a women)and for that year and a half, we were best friends, we did absolutley everything together, her friends were my friends and vice versa, I have never been closer to somebody than her, I knew and probably still know everything about her...her likes, dislikes, pet peeves, EVERYTHING. I love her with all my heart, but its not a love-marriage type of love. Theres girls I meet every few weeks who I go completely crazy over, and you know what? The next week, I hardly think about her again. When your around that age when your become more and more mature, you get very strong feelings for women, you cant stop thinking about a certain girl...but its not love. You have to go through so much stuff to really know if you love a perosn or not.

To me, love is a mutual thing. You can't truly love somebody without them loving you back or professing their love for you. A crush is when you like a girl and you like being around her etc. Iversonfan, I think you have a crush, but you should let this chick know so you can get something started and actually feel love.

To me, 14 is the freshman age in high school.
