I've been to that exact location, that area is wild. There's like a club right by there and some lit ass bars.
In the Army they teach you how to avoid that. When out on maneuvers they come and steal your rifle in the middle of the night thereby teaching you to sleep with it at your side in your sleeping bag.
Glad to see Mayor talk tough and promote the use of more aggressive law enforcement. I give her credit for finally seeing it for what it is and it needs to stop. There must be a consequence or it will continue as it has shown in many cites that have taken a soft approach to crime.
She does zero to protect the citizens from the gangs the rule a good portion of Chicago. She's got the gull to criticize business for not protecting themselves.
People need to stand up to lawlessness in their neighborhoods if authorities are not. Anarchy is what they want along with stolen property.
And how? This is where the second amendment comes into play. Imagine if we had a zero gun policy? and now all of a sudden that couple who brandished arms on a crowd decending on their property doesnt seem all that out of line does it? people will do what it rakes to protect their own. The shame that couple endured for chasing off a potential raid on their place was over the top. its turning into the wild west again. More and more people talking about carrying weapons in case of a car hack etc… no win situation all the way around.
From what I've seen they were pointing their guns at people who were just walking around outside their property. You can't do that. That's called brandishing, and it's against the law.
That's illegal. I can't just go point my gun at people with argument that me pointing the gun at them is the reason they didn't mug me. They are idiots who made gun ownership look like a dangerous joke.
