shoulda cracked down a year plus ago when looting and vandalism was happening, but i know i was told my priorities were wacked for pointing out the wrongs going on that we are turning a blind eye to and should be addressing along with equal rights. denial or dismissal of these types of crimes increasing is not a good solution. Nor is minimizing them because it has happened in the past.
They let a bunch of criminals out due to COVID last year. And the DA is all about reformative justice, no bail, and letting criminals out immediately in a catch and release scheme. So yeah, its new crime wave. Lawlessness runs the big cities now.
There's a lot of money to steal in that city, and jewelry....LA is the seedy Greyhound Bus Station of the west coast ....but the weather keeps the street bums alive longer than a place like Boston in the winter.

I've met him twice and complimented him on his behavior during those meetings in here numerous times.
