OT How many pillows on a bed

Is your mattress old? It might not be supporting you like it use to. Try different types of pillows also, those memory foam ones can be too firm.

 

when i hurt my neck the doctor said to not use a pillow or use a very thin one, and sleep on my back. pretty comfy once you get used to it.

 

I just bought it last year. Some mattress from ikea

I have two. One for my head and one to pull up next to me under my arm. I sleep facing down though. The arm pillow keeps me slightly on my side. I suppose if I slept on my back I'd only need one.

 

Maybe i need a body pillow. I sleep on my side

1 memory foam for my head
1 thin pillow between my knees
1 thin pillow under my arm
1 last pillow if any of those previous pillows fail at their job.

 

Now, there's a man that knows his pillows.

 

I don't mess around. I just had a great nights sleep. I will credit two beers and a whiskey drink for that though.

Go buy a real good matress. Seriously. You spend a quarter of your life on it. Its as important as good shoes if you ask me, when it comes to comfort.

 

Meh, bed seems fine. I stopped using those memory foam pillows much better now.

 

O pillows. I use a rock.

 

How old are you? Trust me on this. The older you get the more important you will find having a good bed is. I wish I could go back to my 20's and get a good mattress. I firmly believe I wouldn't have near the back issues I have if I would have taken better care of myself when I was younger.

Dunno, Don't feel like dropping 3 grand on a mattress, rather go to hawaii 3 times.
