The Samsung one tracks your heart rate and steps which is cool. Only reason I got it was because it came free when I upgraded my phone. A fitbit might not be a bad idea for you Riv, if you have an extra $80 laying around. Actually, you should ask your son to get you one for father's day!

I only wear dress shoes with a suit and tie or even a coat and tie. I'm old fashioned in my haircut, clothing and the way I treat women. My wife was impressed with my manners when she first met me. I always took her flowers when I picked her up to go on a date. I use to open the door for her but I am no longer physically capable of doing that. Now, she has to hold the door open for me. Life sucks. I tried to get in the Air Force and then the Navy but was told they were full up so I got drafted. Nearly got drafted into the U.S.M.C. but missed it by a close margin and wound up in the Army. The Marines were a bad ass place to be in 1967.
If you aren't sure what gave you the black poop then you should see a doctor. Black poop can spell blood in your defecation and that's not good.
I only have two pair that I use today. I've got boxes of shoes that are really nice but I can no longer wear for medical reasons such as Johnston-Murphys, Allen-Edmonds and a now defunct running shoes made in Tualatin.
