MLS doesn't have a lot of viable warm weather options for Mutu. FC Dallas needs to sort out the business side because they can invest in Mutu and Houston Dynamo are more inclined to go for Mexican players, despite the failure of Landin. LA Galaxy would probably think that they could do better...and they could if they take a bit and wait for the inevitable sale of Landon Donovan. Chivas USA are in the same boat as Houston with a focus on bringing in a Meixcan. San Jose could go for him if there's really an interest there, but I might not bet on it. Back to Henry, here's a couple of good ones from the MLS website. Comments from Euro journalists (one English, one French, one Spanish), I particularly like the comparisons to Beckham from the English(ish) Marcotti. And Henry's career in a few photos, including one of him from his day with Juventus.
Henry made his MLS debut last night in Houston. Henry didn't score as he did against Tottenham, but he assisted on both of Juan Pablo Angel's goals. Houston scored in the 89th to draw level, despite playing a man down from the 43rd minute on. One report I saw noted that Henry didn't look sharp as of yet and was still trying to fit in with the team. Juan Pablo Angel tweeted that its nice to be back to playing with players of that quality and "its been a while."
