So far, he is the best pitcher in the Yankees rotation but giving an innings limit and the historical 30% increase that they try to limit pitchers to from one season to the next, how should the Yankees handle this? If he is allowed a 30% increase, he is already around 40-45% of his allowable innings pitched for the entire season....in May with another start or two left in the month. You certainly want him available at the end of the season and for the Playoffs.

Do you start skipping turns for him when Paxton comes back?

Do they add Keuchel after the Draft?

Do they go with more 'Opener' games?

All I know, is that come September/October, I want him on the mound and to do that, the Yankees are going to have to start doing something about his innings very soon.

Hope for no more injuries and that Severino can eventually come back. Then you're in a position to limit innings or skip a start here and there.
