I hope they waive greg, the outrage would be laughable. So much anger over a guy who probably wouldnt play for us again anyway

Kwame brown was able to get 7.5M out of Golden St. Somee team would be willling to give Greg a two year deal with a mutual option on the third to preserve his Bird rights. They would send at a minimum a second round pick and Phoenix would be perfect.

Armon, Chris Johnson, or babbit should be sent packing.

This is the Blazers we're talking about,

Armon is on his rookie 2nd round draft pick contract, that is not gauranteed. Correct?
Blazers waive him & use the rest of his $$ to help pay for Joel.

All contracts are guaranteed after a certain point in the season ... we've already crossed that threshold. At this point it really makes no difference whatsover.

I would say "meh", except for one thing. I am tired of having a "designated excuse" on the roster.

There are 30 NBA teams who don't have "Once in a generation center Greg Oden!" in their line-up.....but only the Blazers use that as an excuse for their short-comings.
