they need a big man who can score in the post, thats all i think, their bench is solid, i like carrol, morrison, and sean may off the bench, dudley isnt bad neither, i would have augustine starting and have felton off the bench so that way it seems like they have more depth

For the Bobcats ro be reconstructed they need to draft much better. They have talent, but I dont see that talent fitting toether, much like the Clippers roster. Lots of talent, but they dont fit and neither does the coach.

Larry Bird isn't really that bad in the FO.

And while your listing off bad player to GM guys...you forget Isiah Thomas.

they need inside scoring. okafor is notta scoring big, hes a defensive big. and hes their best option so they do need someone who can give them 20+ pts.

the 1-3 spots are fine. ray, jrich and gwall is a nice trio. backups are good too.

its just the frontcourt. and their frontcourt players dont suck either. its just a lack of offense. they have flexible trading options so i wouldnt be surprised if they pull one off, that is if they wanna be good in the east.

I agree with this, and I think that part of the problem is that they play Okafor at C and Wallace at PF quite a bit, when they are closer in size to PF and SF respectively. Some players are able to bang with bigger players just fine, but I'm not sure that Okafor and Wallace are two of those players. The first thing I would do is get a player big enough to play C and allow Okafor to play PF and Wallace to play SF, and also shoot and score with enough range to give Okafor room to do the dirty work on the inside.
