Things are bound to get even more exciting this Saturday. After all, it’s not every day that a champion will be defending his title from a very good opponent. WBC lightweight champion Humberto "Zorrita" Soto will make the first defense of his title against tough-as-nails boxer Ricardo Dominguez on May 15, 2010 in Los Mochis, Mexico. If Soto succeeds in defending his title in this fight, then he would be able to face mandatory challenger Anthony Peterson next. The tentative date for this event could be in the middle of July this year. http://books.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474978237520&grpId=3659174697259360
