I am more excited about the #21 than the #10.

    Right now I'd say Westbrook could impact our team in a similar fashion to how Monta Ellis plays. If he can extend the range of his jumper though, I see Kerry Kittles.
    </div>

    Kittles? That's a terrible comparison!
    </div>

    Fast SG who excells in the transition game and is athletic, contingent on Westbrook being more consistent on this 3? I don't see why that's horrible.
    </div>

    the only thing they have in common is they can both thrive in transition.

    westbrook is a much better defender, a premier defender (not that there was really anything wrong with kittles d).

    westbrook is a combo guard. kittles was strictly a sg.
    kittles was a sniper. westbrook is a slasher.

    suck it.
    </div>

    So they both thrive in transition, they're good defenders, but because Westbrook has better ballhandling and Kittles has more consistency (keep in mind that I said this was Westbrooks best-case-scenario) it's a horrible comparison? Nadda.

    Let's just both agree that "Westbrook sucks on offense" is retard talk.

    Kittles was a terrific defender. The Nets in those years were among the top defending teams in the league . . .

    well, he can't shoot, he isn't a distributor, and he doesn't get to the line much, he can only really score much on the break. tbh he sounds like a more athletic, smaller Wright.

    Kittles was a plus defender, but not a premier defender, which is what Westbrook is.

    Kittles = good defense.

    Westbrook = shutdown defense.
