Wow, this thread is completely pathetic. I feel awful replying in because of all the rank stupidity flying out of peoples fingers, jesus christ. How in the hell is Krstic a bum? I don't see any of you guys busting your ass on a daily basis to get healthy and get back out there to help your team. I don't see any of you trying to recover from surgery either. And also, have any of you ever heard of Grant Hill? He's living proof that injuries might take some time to recover from. He tried rushing back a couple times and only did more damage to himself. Krstic has been rushed back, and that's why he's playing like crap. He's not even close to 100%, yet he's out there trying to help his team win. Maybe, just maybe when one of you guys gets a multimillion dollar NBA contract, you can talk shit. But no one (that I know of) from this forum is in the NBA and you probably don't have a damn clue as to what Krstic has gone through with this injury. It's pretty clear that you guys just want a scapegoat for being the 2nd biggest disappointment in the NBA this year next to the Bulls. For a team that was so hyped, you've been piss poor. Sure, blame it on Krstic. But hey, at least he's out there and at least he's playing. By all means, he probably shouldn't be, but he is. I think that says something about him as a player right there. Just because one person can come back after a season doesn't mean someone else can. Some people heal much faster, it's as simple as that.
As well, we have to consider Krstic's recovery time against other 7 footers - not against smaller players who've suffered the same kind of injury. How has Robert Swift been recovering from his torn ACL? Considering that he was a #3 pick in the draft, did Raef LaFrentz ever actually recover fully from his torn ACL very early in his career?
