Matt Bryant got lucky. I bet if he got 10 chances at that, he would only make it once, maybe twice.</div> What your forgetting is that VERY FEW coaches in the NFL even attempt anything past 55 yards, if coaches gave more of these guys a shot you would see a lot more 60 yarders being made than you think, but with so many conservative coaches it won't happen...and thats probably a good thing considering your probably going to miss the 60 yarder 8 times out of 10. Many kickers in the NFL can hit 60 yarders but in game situations nobody would touch it unless it's the last play of the game.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Oct 22 2006, 04:09 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>62 yard kick to win the game!Holy sh*t, that bastard.Edit: I was almost in tears after seeing this. Second Longest kick in NFL history. Also, two INT returns for Ronde Barber. You guys have no idea how freaking pissed I am at the moment.Edit2: I swear, we're cursed. We should have won this game, the Giants game, and the Saints game. Seriously, Matt Bryant is probably a bottom 5 starting kicker in the NFL, and then he makes a 62 yarder? He was 0-3 for 40-49 yarders this year, and his season high was 28. WTF is that bullsh**?</div>Actually MatT Bryant is a decent kicker, and long was a 30 which was in the Eagles game. Last year he was 21-25 so he has an accurate leg and maybe he WAS bottom starting kicker THIS SEASON. If you ask me that really dont matter its really early in the season and there is alot of football to play he could go 15 for 15 for the last part of the seaon and being like 24-31 which is about %80+ FG which is a nice season.

He was terrible before this game. He was 0-3 in 40-49 yarders, and I was on ESPN.com, and his long was 28.
