    Yes, it's corny..but I know that one of my cousins had a son and told me that he went from hating this song, to crying every time he heard it for the first few years. (his son is about 28 now).

    Interesting side note (about this song), more time has passed between today and Ugly Kid Joe's version than had passed between Harry Chapins original version (74) and UKJ's (92).
