Yeah, but my idea of the law is like it is the price tag at the store. If you want to buy a movie in 4k for 30 bucks that is your choice. If you want to spend 6 months in jail for beating a molester's ass and you feel it is worth it go for it. So, I've decided. It isn't legal to punch a Nazi without cause but if you wanna....go for it.
I thought I was doing a good deed getting out of my car just to check on the guy. I could have just drove off. He decided to escalate it. I reacted.
If I had just seen a dude high side off his bike, I don't think I'd have a "shit eating grin" when I went to check on him. He probably thought you were laughing at his misfortune, which would just a lot of people to lash out.
If he got hurt it would be one thing, but he caught himself with his hands. He didn't get hurt, he was more embarrassed than anything. I had a grin on my face because it was completely the fault of that dumbass, yet instantly he was trying to blame me.
