oh no! he made a common mistake of using "your" instead of "you're". definitely underqualified. he should have been fired.

Seems as though he says he quit before he was fired. Bad management? :dunno:

AhLian agrees that he should be fired for this reason.

Well, I would guess that kind of screws up your references.

The service industry gets a bad rep.

Our supervisors encourage us to mess around.

Plus in addition to my paycheck, I take home about $20-30 in food every night. Which isn't that bad, since it seems like my supervisor takes home ~$60-70 in food every night.

Yes, this is the one thing I don't understand. How can you keep getting jobs if you quit in ridiculous fashion like this?

I agree. You should have whipped it out and peed on the manager before leaving.

You said he should have been fired, but I guess that was facetious and is the opinion of someone not running his own business. I'm guessing he should not have even been hired based on his attitude and his glaring lack of grasp on his native language.

When they hire people who barely can string together a sentence in English, I don't think you're in that much trouble for making a your / you're mistake.

i was sarcastically agreeing with your dumb stance of the importance of "your" instead of "you're".

but yes, it obviously was a case of horrible management. the manager shouldn't have just caved to this woman trying to get discounts that weren't really there.
