Penn and Tellers thing is good, but if you want to learn more about what PETA does goto www.peta-sucks.com, thats a good site and has links to other sites which tell the full story of PETA. PETA actually does kill the animals they take in, some of their people are in a legal issue right now for dumping the bodies of cats and dogs illegally. Unfortinatly you have to take PETA seriously, because they've actually gotten enough clout to effect laws in this country, such as the banning of Fros Grois in Chicago, and a few years ago they got a law that banned meat consumption in a town(the law was overturned). They're also extremist who fund terrorist groups such as ALF, ELF, and SHAC. Those groups have killed more people than Al-Quida, yet no one ever hears about them. Im afraid this will effect the NBA, PETA knows how to be distruptive enough that it will hit the owners and league in the pocket book. I also wouldn't put it past them to do something such as throw blood on a player during a game to try and start another brawl. PETArds(thats what they're members are called) have been busted for attempting to sneak things into games before. I was at a game a few years ago when someone tried top bring in a cows head.
