    WTF was that about?

So the DA refused to press charges and the male cop resigned.

The cop is an asshole, there is another video of him arresting kids for walking on the road in a residential neighborhood with no sidewalks.

The guy with the shovel, I think he was lying. I didn't read enough about it to see if they interviewed his mom. I can't imagine prying up the door to check for his dog being the truth. I would have believed that he was trying to slip the shovel under the door because his mom left it out.

The guy may have even been trying to break in, who really knows?

The cop was the problem, just another quick to judge asshole like me WHO SHOULDN'T PASS THE TESTS.

@bodyman5000 and 1 I honestly didn't know what to make of the video. I hadn't heard the story before, so as I watched it, I was wondering if it really was his house or not. It did kind of seem like he was lying (particularly when he keeps pronouncing his last name differently), but apparently it really was his mother's house and that was really his name. I think if the officer didn't unnecessarily tackle and subdue him, there wouldn't have been a problem.

Don't ever call someone and tell them to come tell the cops anything unless they ask you. Why they didn't go ask his mom's neighbor if they knew he who was I don't know.

That said, I don't see any reason the cop should be allowed to act like that. In the end, he wasn't.

Look at this shit, have no idea what happened. Then, read the fucking comments.

This country is in a death spiral. I'm so glad I don't have kids. I wish I could be around to protect my nieces forever, going to have to count on my brother to take care of them until someone else can.

Here, you guys debate Donald Trump's taxes as if it has anything to do with the future. This shit is getting out of hand.

Did those Trump supporters who assaulted people at rallies get locked up? The Donald doesn't care about law and order then, does he?

Yep. Its not like he hasnt apparently been audited every year. If it checks out with the IRS revenue agents, he isnt doing anything wrong. There is nothing wrong with Tax avoidance and playing by the rules to limit the taxes one pays. That is called good business. Tax evasion is fraud and if he was engaging in that, would be in courts since the IRS should know all the ins and outs of his business dealings.

You're absolutely right except for one point...there is something wrong when he pays zero taxes...not that it's illegal, but it is wrong that I paid more than him over the last 20 years...just really wrong. Warren Buffett has addressed this many times...he pays less than his secretary in taxes

His businesses have generated more tax revenue for the country, city, state than you and I have ever done. Not to mention all of the employees and their taxes.

If your upset about him using the law to his advantage, change the law.

He paid taxes on the $900M he lost.

Likely more than you, me, and everyone else who posts here will pay in a lifetime, combined.

If he made $900M on one business and lost $900M on another in the same year he'd pay $0 in tax (he made net $0). It's logically the same as making $900M one year and losing it the next.

Great post until you got to this line. Such a tax would not be an "income" tax as authorized in the 16th amendment. But it would be a direct tax, such as prohibited in the Constitution.
