True. But we can all read and demand compliance with deeds, words, and votes.

I just watched a school of team players that through some unselfish practices saved the place and maintained it for 20 years...then a new director was hired from the east coast with a big degree and separated the administration from the staff to a level that was absurd......within 7 years he was on the verge of bankrupting the payroll and had to layoff original staff members who were on the original team that made it work. It's not always the answer.

Ask me on a Tuesday......basically that ownership or expensive execs imported from big markets are going to fix or maintain a healthy business....the guy who they brought in where I worked really misused the taxpayers money in areas that made his personal job more comfortable...promoting from within and giving that job to someone who had been part of a successful turnaround but had gone to a smaller school would have been the smart move. Trump reminds me of that guy....really out of touch with the people that actually do the jobs

A toxicology report released by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office found Terence Crutcher had 96 nanograms per milliliter of phencyclidine, or PCP, in his bloodstream, according to the Tulsa World. The report said Crutcher had “acute phencyclidine intoxication,” according to KOTV.

    ....

PCP is typically used in small quantities; 5 to 10 mg is an average dose

I don't know shit about PCP but how does a nanogram compare to a milligram?

That is not the same. The bloodstream content is the 96 ng. The 5 to 10 mg is the total dose. Like a pint of beer is so many mL, but the BAC is very small in comparison.

Interpretation of Blood Concentrations: There is no direct correlation between PCP concentration and behavioral or physical findings. Blood levels peak 1-4 hours after ingestion. Average peak plasma concentrations of 2.7 and 2.9 ng/mL were achieved after a 1 mg oral and intravenous dose, respectively. PCP concentrations ranged from 0.3 to 143 ng/mL in 63 patients presenting at a psychiatric hospital emergency room and were associated with a wide variety of psychotic clinical pictures resembling mania, depression or schizophrenia. All these patients had at least one manifestation of toxic psychosis and/or acute delirium, in addition to other symptoms. Similarly, plasma PCP concentrations ranged up to 812 ng/mL in 22 patients with nonfatal PCP intoxication. The most common physical findings were combativeness-agitation (64%), depressed level of consciousness (50%), hypertension (43%), miosis (43%) and tachycardia (43%). Blood PCP concentrations ranged from 12 to 118 ng/mL in 26 individuals arrested for public intoxication.
