Well lets watch if he resigns with the Suns one of the three Thomas, Dragic or Bledsoe will be dealt. I believe it would be Dragic although I think that would be foolish.
I really hate when people write on a forum like they're writing some school paper in high school In conclusion...
We'd have to give Bledsoe a $12million+ contract. I'd rather keep Wes on the team. If we could somehow add him without giving up a starter I'd love to do it. Wes or Eric Bledsoe off the bench would be a huge advantage and give us tons of options for versatile lineups. But that doesn't seem realistic. I'm excited to see our starters as is next season.
I've seen (in press conference videos a year or two ago) Olshey speak worshipingly about Kaman and Bledsoe (self-praise because he picked them).
This is the big thing for me, Bledsoe wants the max and i'd rather keep Wes for 8m a year then Bledsoe at 14m.
Bledsoe can only get a deal like that with a lottery team like Philly or the Bucks. He's not a 14mil player to me. He also wants to start and we're set at the starting 5
Just quit wasting time on him, PA is likely very gun shy of paying someone a lot of money with knee issues, and frankly that makes perfect sense as the Suns with arguably the best med/training staff in the leagues seem to feel the same way
It's 4 1/2 years later, and this is no longer true. (I just saw the thread at the bottom when I was reading the current Bledsoe thread.)
