You can't have him! The Bucks have just signed him to an extension and made him the face of the franchise, and he has said publicly he loves Milwaukee. The Bucks are desperate for someone like that. But here's a nice analysis of what makes him such an effective defender, and I think it's something that Freeland is trying to do (while obviously lacking Sanders' elite natural gifts). Sanders is going to be the new-age Jermaine O'Neal - that is, the guy everyone brings up whenever it's suggested that a perennial underachiever or marginal player should be trade.
