This isn't like starting an expansion franchise; if you've got resources to expidite the rebuilding process youv'e got to take advantage of it.</p> 2) Just like FA's stay away from places like Phoenix, San Antonio, Boston, (previously Miami), et al. Those places get pull because they're contenders. I could see trying to sign Emeka, seeing as he's still young, but thats about it.</p>
