You draft a player first overall to be a Franchise Runningback. If he does go to the Texans, they will either trade Dominick Davis, or they will trade the pick(or Bush's rights) for more picks to select D'Brickashaw Ferguson.
reggie bush cant take the ball 30 times a game, davis can. you develop bush into that type of back, and who the fuck is ferguson. they are going for oline help or some linebackers or a 2nd receiver if they trade the pick which i highly doubt they will

Likely to go 3rd in the draft after Leinart and Bush. No Runningback in the NFL can handle the ball 30 times a game average. That would be like 480 rushes a season. But Reggie Bush will be able to handle 20 carries a game just fine with a backup runningback taking 5-10 attempts to give him the occasional breather, just like most Franchise Runningbacks do.
