Yeah, I forgot about Davis. I would say Anthony Davis would fit the biggest need and fit the team the best.

Anthony Davis, and it isn't close. Dame + Davis alone gets us into the top half of the west. Add in CJ's scoring and Plums/Aminu as role players, and we get to contender status with some chemistry.

You would seriously sign him over Anthony Davis? Already know how you feel about LeBron. You would really sign TT over Andre Drummond?

    Just chain jerking, dviss, lol.

Honestly, Lamarcus would be up pretty high on the list, but not at the top. I'll have to put some thought into this...

Davis rates as a bad defender. I know it seems like he's good with his athleticism and blocks but it hasn't translated to slowing the other team down. He has numerous injuries every season. I can understand picking him but it's not a clear cut decision.

Yeah knew there was someone I was probably missing from my post. I'd put him in the second tier of guys because of his free throw shooting and lack of time playing at this level. I don't think the free throws are as big a deal as many make it out to be but when you're talking about him vs the best 5 or 10 players in the league where we're splitting hairs it is a significant difference. Also would like to see him perform at this level for more than a month. Still my second tier is with Harden, Westbrook so it's not as if I'm that down on the guy.

Love is significantly down on the list for me, probably in the third tier. He provides so little on defense and has had numerous injuries. If we had a defensive stud then Love makes more sense but with Dame being primarily an offensive player ideally we want a second star that is a defender. That's why I went with DPOY Kawhi.

With the way teams are playing more small ball I have concerns about Love being a top player in this league. He can't really slide over to center since his help defense and rim protection suck. But he prevents us from putting an Aminu type of defender at PF to match up with Draymond, Paul George, Durant.

This is an easy one, Davis.... but when the fates intervene to bring us Simmons (I won't complain.!)

For the needs of our team I'm going Paul George...with the injuries to AD I'm also putting Curry on the top in a tie with PG13

His FT shooting (4/18 - ouch!) didn't hurt them tonight!

Where would we put DeAndre Jordan? I wouldn't say he's top tier but I do think he is second. Could you make an argument that DJ should be a top tier?

Do you have qualifications for who is first tier/second tier/etc..? @Draco

For the center position he's top tier.

No, he isn't. 60% from the free throw line is the absolute basement for a player to be considered top tier...
