As he should. Armon's got a little bit of "The Glove" in his game ... not nearly the offensive talent, nor the swagger, but one thing came through the TV pretty clearly after watching all five games: he likes playing defense and takes pride in it. Where he can go from here and what he'll eventually be remain to be seen, but I really like his unselfishness and his roleplayer's mentality -- guys like aren't usually stars, but they can play with just about any lineup and almost never kill you to have out there.

I think Johnson will teach Bayless a ton about running an offense.

Exactly. If JB does anything over the summer, hopefully it is just keeping a cool head on the court and making simple passes.

Babbitt - I think his value and usefulness will go up when he is playing with the big boys

Dante - Isn't he pretty much already on the team

Johnson - His D is better than Mills, His offense is functional

Notes - Can't jude Williams as I haven't seen him play, and I also think we should keep Mills.

As a one-on-one player I have no doubt that Jerryd would give Armon a ton to deal with. But in a team oriented game where a point guard should be able to pass and defend and take a secondary role on offense without becoming completely useless? I'm not so sure.

Agreed, but that wasn't JB's role. He was a sparkplug off the bench.
