I think they should all march to La Pine as there appears to be plenty of room. :bgrin::bgrin:

No, they're a problem alright. It's just that we need to concentrate most of our efforts where they'll do the most good and there are other gangs that present more of a problem.
I do not advocate removing any effort to reduce the obvious harm that MS13 does.
When I was working at Tektronix they had an educational session devoted to quality control for all their engineers. In this session we were taught that 90% of our monetary losses were due to 10% of our problems and that was where we should concentrate our greatest effort. This not only had the ring of truth to it but it proved to be true. That's the paradigm I apply to gang violence.

By the way, this same quality control paradigm applies to fraudulent voting. It just isn't anywhere near significant enough to apply more effort than we are already applying without all this voter ID crap that simply disqualifies those that tend to vote for Democrats.

I agree with efficiency by taking steps out of a process with the same or improved result, and cost considerations.
I agree that the 10% rule applies to many things.
But there are certain situations that start out small that can create more of a problem than others and increased cost, if it's not met with an aggressive approach.
They are much more ruthless and cancerous than many of the compiled gangs.

Crips, Bloods, Hells Angels, KKK, Nazis, White Supremacists, Gypsy Jokers, Cosa Nostra, Yakuza, Aryan Brotherhood, The Mexican Mafia, 18th Street Gang, which ones do you suggest we ease off of?
Do you remember all the civilians that got shot up in the Nevada Casino brawl between Jokers and Angels?

No, I put the emphasis on whether these two people were or were not illegal, since this is a thread about illegal immigration.

The fact that some bad people are not here legally does not mean that all bad people are here illegally, or that all people here illegally are bad.

There is no reason given in the article to assume that these two bad people are illegal.

I was a democrat most of my life, then a republican, I left both because I though they were getting to polarized and unwilling to compromise for the good of America. One of my favorite demo's is a guy by the name Doug Shoen, I like him because he thinks reasonably and he uses common since when critiquing both parties. In an article today he talked about "the democrats need to promote a strong centrist economic agenda that focuses on economic inclusion, as well as compromises on health care and immigration – their failure to do this, has the Democrats’ being perceived as extreme. The loud agenda of their Democratic socialist wing and the utterances of many of their potential 2020 presidential candidates only compound this perception"'

"To put it bluntly, this is exactly the same problem that Hillary Clinton faced in 2016 when she lost Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin – and as a result lost the Electoral College to Donald Trump. Once again, Republicans are making the case that Democrats are too far outside of the mainstream to be trusted."

Im a registered ind that leans libertarian but I mostly want parties willing to put down their weapons and come together and get some things done.
I want see compromise from both.

Man, we need a third party that can capitalize on the demo and repub's hate.
And its coming from everywhere not just one man and/or party. The leadership on both sides are full of hate and vindictiveness. Not a good recipe for q Country build around Freedom and Liberty.

Well, your comment that it was a big problem was in response to a Trump tweet that is just a pack of lies.

So if you want to say it is a big problem, you'd want to present some evidence that it is, rather than implying that you believe obvious lies.

    Barfo,
If you are worried I was endorsing Trump forget, I was stating that there is a problem. I do think our immigration system needs a big reform and people need to come in legally as I would need to if I took up residence in Canada or anywhere else. Im not for a wall Im for a sound reasonable legal immigration system, do you think that is wrong?
There is nothing wrong with managing our borders.
Yeah I'm pissed that parties & don't tell me it just one party, don't give and take enough to get a reform package done.

I sense a jurisdiction issue between the Department of Emergy and the Federal Emergy Management Agency.

Screw it--send 'em both. Best to combine emergies in this emergying emergy situation.
