You shouldn't, you should eat Carbohydrates. It's not healthy for a normal person to do this diet. It puts you at a greater risk for Alzheimer's and if you decide to continue with it I recommend that you have your glucose levels tested regularly
There's no requirement for dietary carbs. Restricted carbohydrate diets are perfectly healthy. I can show you dozens of studies that say so. Long term, not just for losing weight.
