Deep dish, too. The whole pizza has maybe 10 carbs.

You shouldn't, you should eat Carbohydrates. It's not healthy for a normal person to do this diet. It puts you at a greater risk for Alzheimer's and if you decide to continue with it I recommend that you have your glucose levels tested regularly

There's no requirement for dietary carbs. Restricted carbohydrate diets are perfectly healthy. I can show you dozens of studies that say so. Long term, not just for losing weight.

Harvard Medical School talks about a few here:

    https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/carbohydrates/low-carbohydrate-diets/

LCHF is a very hot area for research these days.

    And there is this:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/17/opinion/the-shady-history-of-big-sugar.html?_r=0

    Vegan is ok.

My diet is beef, chicken fish, turkey, pork, cheese, nuts, leafy vegetables. I drink coffee or water, occasionally a diet soda. I have berries and cream, cheesecake, and plenty of other low carb sweets.

Seems better than eating foods made in laboratories with added chemicals. How do they remove fat from food?

It'll involve more Shabazz Napier and less Allen Crabbe.

as far as weightloss and healthy eating. why cant you just have some doctor cut all the fat off your innards at this point? it's be so much easier than working out and eating expensive food that tastes like shit.
