Your obvious disdain should be directed at the parents, since the book was actually "marketed" for parents and/or much older children, not "3 year olds".

I did some basic googling and found zero evidence the book was every marketed to 3 year olds. Yet, the Daily Mail and the NY Post have it all over their stories that it is. Gee, maybe literal tabloids aren't trustworthy?
