    Let me make one thing perfectly clear. This man's behavior would have been outrageous if the girl had been trans.

    • VUMC is being investigated by the state's Attorney General for billing practices in relation to it transgender care services
    • The state requested medical records from January 1, 2018, to the present and VUMC has complied
    • The case was brought following allegations made that VUMC punished employees that objected to its gender-affirming treatments

    • Arkansas introduced the nation's first ban on treatment for minors in 2021

    Extreme Court about to hand down another antigay decision, based on a lie. Alliance Defending Freedom to hate queers brought suit* on behalf of Colorado web designer who does not do weddings but thinks she might do weddings some time in future and might be asked to design a site for same sex couple. She wants court to preemptively rule she can refuse to do so because Jesus.
    She has backed up her claim by producing an email supposedly sent asking her to do a web design for a gay male and his intended.
    The man whose name is on the email never sent it, isn't gay, is happily married to a woman and has never contacted the bigot.
    Alliance Defending Freedom to hate queers said it doesn't matter if email is fake because Jesus.
    * Auto correct changed suit to shit. I was tempted to leave it.
