I did 220 1 time off camera, then 1 time on camera, then decided to raise weight to 225. I replaced the 5 and 2.5 plates on one side with a 10 pounder, but forgot to do this one the other side. I did 1 set of that, somehow. By now I was tired, and deleted the first video, so I did one more set to get a video of me doing 220lbs. Enjoy!PS- Look at how red my face turns!

I've been doing a ton of work on my legs, doing the leg press, calf machine, thigh machines...I'm starting to see results.
Re: I'm finally serious about this Yeah we just had some weight training thing in school, here's some of my stats.I can bench 120 15 times without any extreme hardness.My leg press is like 340-360 [I have no idea how it's so high, I guess that's why I'm a good sprinter] and I do that like 20 times for 2 sets or soBicep curls, 25 pounds. 12 reps and 3 setsI did the squat thing only once but I was doing 90 pounds easily.And I'm 15 years old, 130 lbs. someone tell me if that's good or not!!

I'm 15 too, and about 135 lbs. thats really good what u can do. I rarely work out lol. I have hidden fat in places, but yeah, I'm pretty strong because I practice windmills and crickets, so it works out my arms. too lazy to hit the gyms for weights and dat sort. its more pushups for me.
