Even if it is her, I would think getting her permission before sharing her picture might be appropriate?
Think about if it wasn't her. How'd you like to be the person in the photo all the sudden finding out your picture was posted without you knowing about it OR saying it was OK? That'd piss me off if it was me.
It's been posted a number of times in the forum. We had pics flying all over the place during those fun Bash times. Shoot, ask Sly.
But the person in that photo might not be a current member on the board. So it doesn't matter if it's been posted a number of times. If she's not a member here, she didn't give permission and it might rub her the wrong way that a picture of her is being passed around on a forum she's not a member of.
The person in the picture is Scarlet Blazer. Very nice lady, huge Blazer fan, long time season ticket holder, occasionally posts here, has attended numerous meet and greets over the years.
K, will delete. My bad. julius, I stand corrected. Forgive me. I had put out a PM to @crandc to verify, but she hasn't responded. This will suffice.
Nawww, I love you, too, @crandc . I really do. Please forgive my "guys" comment. It was just a figure of speech. I live in Tennessee. I should have said y'all.
So is the woman in your avatar actually your wife, or just some acquaintance you mistook for your wife? barfo
Right? I mean really .. who cares? The pictured isn't doctored or portraying anyone in a bad light.. We need something to argue about though.....
Someone in our forum should still have the right to choose whether or not their picture is shared. 21st century or not. It doesn't have to only apply if it shows them in a bad light.
Meh... I get the respect, and sure... be courteous. But Id call snowflake on anyone who flips out over it. Bigger things in this world to worry about than your photo being passed around some sports forum....Really WGAF?
I agree with that premise. The only problem was, I thought Scarlet was crandc. I guess I'll go back to my letter now.
