Urban renewal dollars should only be spent on positive NPV projects. Otherwise, it's just throwing good money after bad.
It brings temporary jobs to an area where a stadium needs to be constructed. After that you get some security guards, some popcorn dealers, and a whole lot of other issues. My point exactly, it IS tax money that's already been taxed.
