No sane person thinks Lillard is all that close to Curry. The drop-off from the top of Tier 1 to the top of Tier 2 (where I think Lillard is) is great. But guess what, all stats (whether basic ones or advanced stats) show Lillard closer to Curry than Dragic. So you are basing this off of what exactly? I am not even sure I would put Dragic in Tier 3.
