He needs to give the players more control of the game. He demands perfection, which is fine, but he's micromanaging the team to the highest degree. The team can't play beacuse they aren't using their instinct and minds. Tmac plays better off his own style, Yao and Tmac need to play how they really are not in defined roles.
i dont understand why Mr.Van grumpy always let yao to defense the player nearby 3 point line? man, Yao is a 7'6" center,he should stay in the key, that's best way to use his height advantadge.
