I guess it also strictly enforces the size limit for sigs.

I dont see an upload button. I just copied the url from my sig and pasted it in Option 1 of Edit Signatures. And I clicked Save changes. Did I do it correctly or do I have to upload it?

You uploaded it just fine. I added in the necessary [noparse][SIGPIC][/SIGPIC][/noparse] code for ya to make it display.
