i think they should have at least 6 people in it from now on, with maybe 3 eliminated in the first round and 3 in the finals, and then have them each do 3 dunks with those being averaged. i thought this years was good, but it just needed a couple more people in it, and the dunks were good but did everyone do that inbetween the legs dunk or what. Who are the people you wanna see in the dunk contest next year? my list is: 1. Vince Carter 2. Jason Richardson 3. Eddie Robinson 4. Ricky Davis - i live basically by where he went to h.s. 5. Tracy McGrady 6. Desmond Mason (6). Kobe Bryant possible others: kenyon martin, some rookie from next year (i guess maybe lebron), i cant think of any others right now. is vince carter ever gonna be in the dunk contest again?? when he won that was the best ever, at least since jordan/dominque, which i was too young for.

I don't know about Tracy, I always thought of him as an in-game dunker...the most I see him good for are good tomahawks and two hand windmills like in the 2000 contest...Kobe just plain out sucks in dunk contests...I really think we have seen all J-Rich has to offer...his first couple of dunks we've seen from him before...what if he does the same thing next year? It won't be impressive at all, however, he always does amaze people with his final dunk (off the bounce reverse windmill last year and this years dunk)...I think Ricky Davis can do a couple things...Vince should be in it...I really want to see Amare in it again because dunknation.com said he has a few tricks up his sleeve (but he wasn't able to do it this year because of missed dunks)...maybe Kedrick Brown from the Celts because of stories I've heard regarding his high vert, the same goes for Eddie Robinson...so my six man lineup would be 1. Vince 2. Mason 3. Davis 4. Amare 5. Robinson 6. Brown
It's the "Rising Stars" dunk contest now so none of the veterans will be able to do it, only guys with 3 years of experience or less.
