If Roe is someday overturned, there are going to be thousands of more babies put up for adoption, and unless there's a loving couple or individual there to adopt them, they're going to be put into the system.

If straight people <s>have to suffer through</s> get to experience having kids, gay people should <s>have to</s> be able to, too!
I am against abortion but the book Freakonomics makes a pretty interesting connection between Roe v Wade and the dramatic drop of crime rates across the country in the 90s. I believe that it is murder so I never thought about the benefits it can have on society as a whole. I guess an alternative that would produce the same result is to make adoption services more readily available so the babies are saved but taken out of the negative environments.
Adoption anyone? Abortion isn't the ONLY answer, especially if the woman is victim of rape, molestation, teen sex, etc. Abortion is a cheap way out of pregnancy. From a moral standpoint, giving the baby to a couple who can take care of it will feel much better than just having it killed. Yes, it's murder... nothing else.
