    There has never been a history of tampering in the NBA. It doesn't happen every year with players and teams getting away with it.

    I'm not saying this happened or not, I'm just saying that assuming it didn't because it's "tampering" would be foolish.

    3 teams were fined for tampering in 2013.

    Toronto got fined for tampering last August.

    Phil Jackson just got fined for tampering with Derek Fisher when he was playing.

    By the way I've read articles which say that the Blazers front office aren't even sure if LA is staying yet...I don't know if that is true, but I do know that you have to be doing a pretty shitty job if a cheerleader finds out the destination of your All-Star free agent before you do.
