    The 11th district will not let Cannon oversee the trial, only the arraignment if that...she got caught breaking the law for Trump twice already. They expect her to be reassigned and recuse herself and if she doesn't, they'll assign her to another case...a case of this magnitude cannot have a weaponized judge. She was randomly selected but she won't be the judge of the trial according to the professionals who know about the process.

    Can this happen during arraignment or is it after? Cause she won't (and shouldn't) be presiding over the trial.

    A magistrate judge not Cannon will oversee the arraignment. Apparently, Cannon is the lead judge though on the case. So, she will oversee the actual trial, unless she recuses herself or is removed from the case.

    The arraignment judge can decide which evidence makes it to trial.

    It's crazy how he discussed how to hide or destroy the documents with his attorneys, which would be a crime, and thus none of those conversations are protected by attorney client privilege.
