I see no actual plan or text of any proposed amendment. If the plan is to allow Hillary to take over all the money (like she did with the DNC), then it's not going to be free and fair elections. You're missing the point. The reason for him getting out matters not. What matters is when politicians don't have to worry about a primary, they can act on principle.
