Federal tax fraud has a 7 year statue from when you file your return. Tax errors only have a 3 year statue.
There's no statute of limitation for tax fraud! The limits of 3 years for small errors and 6 years for large errors. These time limitations ONLY apply to errors. My father was a CPA who never lost a case in tax court. He knew tax code and he told me about the fraud thing being applicable after no time limit whatsoever. "Is Tax Fraud Civil or Criminal? A person may be subject to civil or criminal tax fraud. But, unlike most other statutes of limitations which expire after 3-or 6-years, there is no time limit for the IRS to enforce civil fraud penalties." https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=a0899314-b701-49b5-a695-d69896261788
Well, I've felt we've been a dumbed down country, especially with how we hear education being mocked and discredited, along with being underfunded.
Don't forget cuts in school lunches for poor children. These cuts mean greater tax cuts for the wealthy, but then you knew that.
Yep. Cuts to helping young children over the increased spending to kill strangers in a foreign land. Good christian stuff like that.
