Bayless is a keeper. He is struggling right now, but I know he can break down his defender and attack the basket. Right now he is just not finishing the way I think he can. Plus he is a very good defender, (Against PG's) He just has a lot of skills IMO that I think we need on this team. If we need to package him to get someone really good, then OK. But other than that he is a long term starter with Roy. I really think they will build some chemistry at some point.
