When artists like T.I. and Yung Joc are glorified as good hip hop...that is just a travesty. What I am saying is the music in 90% of music videos on BET, MTV, and VH1 is just garbage. There are a few good songs played, but for the most part it sucks. It's not like it used to be...and BTW I am the white you think of. I am Italian, the closest white there is to black. And I have my pride.

Racism is dying down from it's horrible extremes of decades ago. Yes, it will always be around, just not as bad as then. The best thing to do is to move on, I think. You are entitled though, to handle it in whatever way you choose.

Like I said, BET was made as a channel for shows displaying the black experience in America, not some kind of way to separate further.

So it will probably be years before I'm allowed to have an opinion on this topic.

I don't think BCB 1 or 2 has either. Or you. Or anybody. You're just explaining your perspective. We can all sing together but we can't talk together. Know what I mean? We should listen.
