Lillard really scared the shit out of me the way he was playing the last few months of the season.

Till this day I was pretty certain that made Lma really question Lillard's ability which led him to bail on us. Slump is one thing and it happens to everybody but man he was pretty consistently bad that last few months.

Hopefully it was nothing and he's fine

I don't listen to Portland sports talk radio, but today I tuned into Canzano to hear the reaction from the weekend news. He brought up something that I don't think I've read or heard mentioned before, questioning why never hear from Lillard's teammates that he's a great teammate? I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate, but nothing is coming to mind refuting it either. I'm sure they're out there, but it made me pause.

Give me a fucking break dude. If anything.... Dame's ability to be marketable, able to steal his limelight and killer instinct made "who" jealous and envious

Well Clownzano is lying to you. Batum, Matthews, Rice, and Mo Williams have said he was a good teammate.

You gotta remember Canzano HATES Lillard. For some odd reason he's never liked him and always throws shade at him. Plus it didn't help that one time on Twitter Dame was like whose Canzano?

So I really don't take anything Canzano says serious about Dame he's pretty bias there..

Most of the team slumped in unison at the end of the season. Lillard was gassed trying to do everything when nobody else could throw a basketball in the ocean. The bright thing was CJ and Leonard flipped a switch. Dame wasn't the same after Wes went down and Rolo and Batum were no shows.

I don't believe it for a second. The majority of players that have passed through Portland have praised the chemistry and locker room comraderie on the team. Canzano got dissed publicly by Dame and they are not on good terms. This is tainted sensationist journalism at it's worst.

You may question if there were multiple hacks saying the same thing. Baldy is bitter. Funny how he became best buds with LA now that he left. That cock smoker should follow him to SAS then

you do understand the difference between perpetuate and make fun of, right?

No one actually believes it. It's said to mock the original rumor, and poke fun at the hilarity of someone pulling a mixum.

I read somewhere that Lillard shot 41% from 3 before the hand splints, and 32% afterwards. Given how big the three point shot means to his game, doesn't really surprise me that he struggled more.

    http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelog/_/id/6606/damian-lillard

Look at his game log. Injury happened on 12/4 against the Pacers. Was shooting 43% in November, 36% in December, and 28% in January.

So no, he wasn't "doing is thing" for a good month and a half after that.

Batum just tweeted about being with his brother Lillard in Paris just last week

Am I the only one who feels like Canzano and now Parker go out of their way to take shots directly at the franchise AND the fans? Does this happen in other markets?!? Are these two delusional enough to believe that LaMarcus is their friend and they need to defend him?
