Right now I'd say he's for sure one of the top 5 guards in the league.

    Curry
    Westbrook
    Harden
    Paul
    Dame

    LBJ/KD/AD/Westbrook/Dame/Curry/Kawhi/Harden/Paul/Aldridge

    ...In order.

Aldridge is way too high. He's not even the best player on his team.

I couldnt think of another tenth.. Griffin? mmm not so sure. Drummond? No./ Carmelo Anthony? Well maybe, but he loses sooooo much....
Who would you put as 10th? Rose/Wade/Notwitsky..guys who have been on this list in years past are shells of themselves.

Kawhi is quite possibly the best player in the league and he's not in your top ten.

if you're going by just this season through 5 or 6 games the top 5/10 list has to have these players on it.
Westbrick, DeRozan, Lillard, Harden, Kawhi, KD, LeBron, AD.
Those 8 players have been far and above everyone else in the league.
    My order would be....
    #1 Kawhi
    #2 LeBron
    #3 Harden
    #4 Lillard
    #5 DeRozan
    #6 Westbrick
    #7 KD
    #8 AD

But frankly these players all could be considered at the top as they're all putting up insane numbers.

Honorable mention - Mike Conley. He's been earning that contract of his. Proving he's still the most underrated player in the NBA.

Well, obviously Kawhi Leonard. He's leading the entire league in PER and is just a superb two-way player. He'd be in my top 3.

As much as I hate to admit it, because I wasn't high on the guy in the past, but if we're making a list TODAY, based solely on performance this season, I'd have to put DeMar Derozan in the top 10. With all the attention Westbrook, Harden, Durant, Anthony Davis and even Dame and Kawhai are getting it's Derozan that's leading the league in scoring at 35.8 ppg. He's scoring a ton and he's doing it efficiently. I don't expect him to keep it up, either the scoring or the efficiency. At which point, he'll drop out of my top 10, but what he's done so far this season has been impressive. Its unusual for someone to make such a leap in their 8th season. So, he may end up just being a guy who got off to an incredibly hot start. We'll see.

Well if 2 is worse than 1 "0" must be the best.

If he scored 40+ points a night for three months, the twits on ESPN or Fox would have to rank him top 5. All homers rank him #1

agree, however if he can sustain the start he has had, or close to it, for most of the season THEN top 5 is very realistic

Fixed. Whats weird is I missed, but caught it originally and thought I added him prior to posting, but im an idiot. lol. I have him right after Curry. Kawhi is a great player, but has yet to become a reral leader and take that team onto his shoulders and do it. Im not saying he cant, but until he does, he isnt in my top 5.
