Is the kid better off in foster homes? At least the couple would actually care about the kid unlike many straight couples who have a bunch of kids and don't know what to do with them. Kids don't choose to be born into gay families but they also don't choose to be born into single parent families, or families with a step parent, or abusive families, or families in poverty. I've known a girl who was raised by two lesbians, shes not homosexual at all and shes extremely pro gay marriage/rights. Theres nothing mentally wrong with her from being raised by a homosexual couple.
