What NBA player with 7 years of experience can't make a shot and is a horrible defender? This can't make a shot player you speak of doesn't exist. Unfortunately Meyers does exist in the NBA. The stat shows Meyers has no positive impact to the team offense. He is a horrible defender. There are hundreds of stats that show his faults. I'm sick of watching this scrub have anything to do with my favorite team.
His job now is to be a good teammate and work on the bench celebrations. So pretty much business as usual. One more season. One more season.
Leonard has now played 17 mpg over past 4 games, averaging 9 ppg and 7 rpg in that span. It appears that he has settled into the backup C role, playing pretty well alongside Collins. Aside from the 16 total minutes he's played with Nurkic, Collins' most effective 2-man pairing so far this season has been with Leonard. I wouldn't want to depend on him for big minutes, but I'm pretty happy with the way he's contributing, and if his minutes can stay relatively consistent going forward, we may actually have a frontcourt we can trust.
Agreed that he looks a lot better out there than Biggie. He actually looks respectable as back up C. Not amazing, but he is contributing in positive ways.
